Delivery and Click and Collect

Delivery times:

Cut-off for same day dispatch is 1pm EST.
Please phone 1300 874 559 if urgent and before 3pm EST.

We can sometimes get an urgent order out between 1pm and 3pm depending on when the truck arrives.

Timeframes below are a guide only - note we cannot guarantee delivery within these times.

Sydney, Victoria, Queensland metro areas - Next business day

Victoria outer areas - 2-3 business days

Queensland outer areas - 5-7 business days

WA metro - 5-7 business days

WA outer areas - 5-7 business days

SA metro - 2 business days

SA outer areas - 3 business days

Tasmania - 5-7 business days

NT - 6-7 business days

Click and collect:

If 'click and collect' is not an option at checkout, then the chosen item/s are not at our warehouse for pick up.

You will receive an email when your order is ready - please allow approximately 3 hours.

If you are nearby or in a rush, you can visit our warehouse and we will get your order ready while you wait.

Our warehouse can get very busy, so please be patient - we do our best to help 😊

You can collect from our Ingleburn warehouse Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm.

We can arrange to leave your order safely outside our warehouse - please ring us if you need to collect outside these hours.

Warehouse location:

We are in a warehouse complex in Ingleburn, in the western suburbs of Sydney NSW.

Drive down the long driveway, and our warehouse is at the end of the driveway just to the left.

Go through the roller door and give your account name and someone will be able to help you.

Authority to leave:

Smartbag recommend using a business address for all deliveries.

We understand this is not always possible but note that all deliveries are 'authority to leave' if the delivery address is unattended.

Please leave additional instructions such as 'leave at front door' if necessary.

Note that couriers are unable to contact you prior to delivery or deliver at a specific time.

Delivery redirections for orders where no-one is available for collection is expensive and time-consuming.

If you do not want your order sent with authority to leave, please put 'no authority to leave' in the comments section of your order.

You will need to be available for delivery Monday to Friday 9-5pm local time.

If this is requested and no-one is available to collect the order, a redirection fee will be charged to the customer.

Order tracking:

Customers should receive a “track my parcel” sent to their nominated email.

This notification has consignment details and will look similar to the below.

Do you compensate for delivery issues or late delivery:

While our time frames are realistic and delays are rare, they can happen, and it is best to allow enough time for your delivery.

As all deliveries are completed by external couriers/ freight forwarders, we do not offer compensation for slow or late deliveries.

We have no control over the speed or efficiency of the companies, or the individual drivers within these companies.
